You’ll find the Lizard hiding in the weeds. Before you enter the cave take notice of the sea weed on the left side of the sigil pad.

When you get the quest to defeat Cablooey in the Deep One’s Cave, pay attention. If you look at the map, the lizard is over head from Rutherford West. Go to the left to the end of the platform where there’s a broken section. When you enter the camp you’ll be on a platform that overlooks the camp below. There’s a stone shard sticking out of the sand and you’ll find the Lizard standing behind it.
